> Nicole Ibarra, RD, LD is a media Registered Dietitian specializing in women's health, gut health, weight management, and sports nutrition. She partners with food and wellness brands as a spokesperson, recipe developer, consultant and event speaker, and offers one-on-one nutrition coaching for women.

Nicole is the founder of Her Health Aligned (formerly known as Altitude Nutrition & Fitness) and the author of Lift the Bar. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from St. Catherine University, St. Paul, Minnesota.
